It requires 28 clicks of 100 coins each to repair.

For finishing it 48 building permits and 48 building materials are required.
Get them from renewable missions or neighbors.
Production[]
It will produce 220 coins and 20 xp once finalized per 2 hours
Tier 2 production upgrade[]
After City Hall is finished, you can upgrade Nail shop.
For an one time only improvement you need 1 contract (costing 3 credits)
For a permanent upgrade you need 4 neighbors (+25% increase per neighbor to help)
