Kevin
Kevin is the fourth character you will encounter.Ironically he is a vegetarian. He sells hot dogs at Rob's place behind his house after completing a mission.
After you open Downtown, he moves there and will run the Burger universe after you repaired it. Throughout the game, he will provide advice and missions.
