Farmer Frank watering his garden
Frank the Farmer (aka Farmer Frank) is the second character you will encounter. He lives across from Rob and doesn't mind you stopping by and taking anything from his garden.
Once you rescue Farmer Frank you unlock the ability to use the Farming tab in the market, which allows you to buy plants to grow food and earn money once ripe.
After the rescue, he will offer advice and missions throughout the game.
Frank also has a shop in Downtown which can be repaired.
