The only known use for Cement is to make Brick Fences. It requires 10 Cement, 10 Brick, and the Cement Mixer for each section of Brick Fence. Cement can be purchased for 1 Cash, or requested from Neighbors. When requested, it does not count against your days Free Gifts.
